Since 2017, SexDollab has been dedicated to providing high-quality, life-sized love dolls to customers worldwide, including those in the United States, Europe, and beyond. As both a retailer and a trusted distributor for leading brands such as WM Doll, SE Doll, and YL Doll, we have always placed a strong emphasis on authenticity and customer experience. Every doll we sell is guaranteed to be genuine, and we work hard to provide fast shipping, flexible delivery options, and responsive support. Over the years, our business model has continued to evolve in step with industry changes, moving from an in-house stocking system with our own warehouse and showroom to today�s streamlined model, where most dolls are shipped directly from brand warehouses.
Early Warehouse Operations (2017�2022)
SexDollab officially entered the love doll market in 2017, when our operations were primarily focused on maintaining our own inventory. In 2019, we opened a warehouse and showroom in California, allowing customers to book visits, see the dolls in person, and make purchases directly on site. During this time, our stock grew from only a dozen dolls to more than 300, with inventory refreshed every two months to ensure variety and availability. Customers particularly valued the speed of delivery�receiving in-stock dolls within 5�7 days�compared with custom-made dolls that required 20�30 days of production and international shipping. All dolls were sourced directly from original manufacturers such as WM Doll, SE Doll, and YL Doll, and buyers received the same factory-issued anti-counterfeit codes to confirm authenticity. This early approach allowed customers to enjoy immediate access to their dolls and provided them with confidence in the quality of their purchases.
Warehouse Operations Shift
With the outbreak of the global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we were forced to suspend all showroom visits and in-person transactions to protect the safety of our team. Since then, our warehouse has no longer functioned as a physical retail site, and on-site appointments are no longer available. Even so, customers continued to trust and support us, and we remain deeply grateful for that loyalty. The pandemic also accelerated a change that was already underway: moving away from large stockpiles and toward a more streamlined, brand-direct system.
Today�s Warehouse Model (2023�Present)
As the industry and global supply chains have evolved, SexDollab has transitioned to a brand-direct plus light warehousing model. Today, we no longer maintain large stockpiles of dolls in our own warehouse. Instead, most dolls are shipped directly from official brand warehouses, ensuring faster and more reliable fulfillment. We remain closely connected with manufacturers to verify inventory and production updates, giving our customers greater transparency over their orders.
Warehouse Pickup is Available Now (USA Customers Only)
Our warehouse still plays a supporting role, particularly for customers seeking more flexible delivery options. Buyers who prefer not to receive deliveries at their doorstep can choose to have their packages delivered to our warehouse for self-pickup, or direct shipments to local FedEx or UPS pickup points for added privacy and convenience. This hybrid model allows us to focus on what matters most: reliable service, authentic products, and flexible solutions for every customer.
If you would like to pick up your order at our California warehouse, please enter your shipping address as usual when placing your order and add a note stating �Warehouse Pickup� in the order remarks.
Once your package is ready, we will contact you before it is shipped out to provide detailed instructions about the pickup time, location, and requirements. At that point, you can come directly to the warehouse to collect your order.
Please note:
Custom Dolls � These need to be produced at the factory first, and then shipped to our California warehouse before pickup. This process typically takes 20�30 days, depending on production time and transport.
In-Stock Dolls � These will be transferred from the brand�s warehouse to our California warehouse before they are available for pickup. Timing may vary depending on the brand and shipping schedule.
As processing times differ for each situation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline before we ship it.
